- A finish you cannot yet see

- Licences and documents already issued
Against
- Almost all the payment at once
- Fewer units and less choice
- A price that may be higher
Three questions to decide
When do you need the home? If it is for this summer, only a finished one will do. How much can you advance and wait? Does the entry price matter more than seeing the finish?
In either case, the same rule: ask for the documents and guarantees in writing before reserving.

What people usually ask
Which is cheaper?
It cannot be stated. It depends on each project and its sales phase.
Can I switch from one to the other?
Many projects sell units in different phases. Ask what is available today.
Do you have both in your project?
A website that explains both options stops losing the buyer who does not yet know which one they want.
