What HolaDomus is

HolaDomus provides digital marketing services for new build developments to property developers: the website and pages of the development, multilingual marketing, search engine optimisation, contact acquisition and a dashboard where the developer sees the requests received. The site also publishes information guides for buyers of new homes.

HolaDomus is not a real estate agency or a property intermediary. It does not sell, rent or reserve homes, does not receive payments on account from buyers, does not charge commission on sales and charges the buyer nothing.

Terms of use

Access to this website is free. Using it makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms in the version published at the time of access.

Users undertake to use the site lawfully and, in particular, not to introduce viruses or harmful code, not to try to access restricted areas (such as the developer dashboard) without their own credentials, not to use the forms to send unsolicited communications, and to provide only true data that is their own, or that of a third party who has authorised them.

Developer dashboard credentials are personal. Whoever receives them must keep them safe and notify info@holadomus.com if they believe someone else knows them.

The owner may modify, suspend or withdraw content or services without notice. These terms may be updated; the date of the latest version appears at the end of this page.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Indicative information. The guides, market data, timescales, purchase costs, taxes and rules cited on the site are general and informative, correspond to their publication date and do not constitute legal, tax, financial or technical advice, nor a binding offer. Before buying a home or making a decision, consult a professional and the official sources. What binds HolaDomus to a client is the proposal accepted in writing.

Calculators. The site calculators only use the figures you enter, inside your browser, without sending them to any server, and give an indicative result.

Examples and scenarios. The example development page presents, without the developer name, a real development that has already sold out, with data taken from a public source: it illustrates the service and is not an offer for sale. Scenarios with figures are calculations with assumptions marked as such, not results.

Third party content. Market data comes from public sources linked in each case, and case studies by other agencies are cited with their source. The owner does not guarantee their accuracy or currency and corrects or removes anything reported as inaccurate.

Links. Links to third party sites (official bodies, data sources, WhatsApp, Calendly and others) are provided for reference only. Under article 17 of the LSSI-CE, the owner neither controls nor is responsible for their content, availability or policies, and will remove any link as soon as it has actual knowledge that it leads to unlawful content.

No intermediation. HolaDomus is not a party to any purchase, reservation, deposit, financing or other contract that a buyer concludes with a developer, a bank or any other third party, and is not liable for them. Nor is it a party to the contracts a developer concludes with advertising platforms, which are opened in the developer's own name.

Availability. Uninterrupted access and the absence of errors are not guaranteed. The owner is not liable for damage caused by interruptions, failures, viruses or attacks beyond its control, having taken reasonable security measures.

Force majeure. The owner is not liable for failures or delays due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as outages of hosting or communications providers, disasters, decisions of authorities or strikes.

Limit for professionals. Towards clients contracting as a business or professional, the owner's total liability for any matter related to the service is limited to the amount actually paid by that client in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to it, and loss of profit and indirect damage are excluded.

Nothing above limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights that Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) grants to anyone acting as a consumer.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code, logo, the HolaDomus trade name, illustrations and graphics of this site belong to its owner or are used under licence. Short extracts may be quoted with a link to the source. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without written authorisation is prohibited.

Third party trademarks, names and content belong to their owners. What HolaDomus creates for a client is governed by the agreement with that client (see the terms of service).

If you believe any content on the site infringes your rights, write to info@holadomus.com; it will be removed once verified.

Photography

The architectural photographs on this site are stock images under a free use licence and do not represent developments marketed by HolaDomus. Once there are developments of our own, they will be identified by name.

Clients, cases and results

This site presents some of our clients, with their logo and their agreement, and describes the services we provided to them. It publishes no result figures for those clients, no testimonials and no ratings.

Some pages include scenarios with figures, presented as such. They are not results obtained: they are calculations. Each one visibly separates published sector data, which carries a linked source, from our own working assumptions, labelled as assumptions. The curves illustrating how rankings build are shapes without an absolute scale and are not a forecast. HolaDomus guarantees no sales, no enquiries and no return on investment.

Since 18 September 2026 one page cites cases published by other agencies, for other clients. Every card carries the name of the agency that did the work, the client name, the period and a link to the source, and states above the figures that they are not HolaDomus results.

Buyer form

The form on the buyer guides sends your name, email, area of interest, country and message to our server, which stores it and forwards it to info@holadomus.com. It is used to write to you when a new-build programme fits. It is passed to a developer only if you expressly ask.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.
