Privacy policy

Owner: HolaDomus (trade name) · Tax ID (NIF): Z0848512R · Calle Zulaida 11, 03170 Rojales (Alicante), Spain · info@holadomus.com

Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on this site is:

  • HolaDomus (trade name)
  • Tax ID (NIF): Z0848512R
  • Address: Calle Zulaida 11, 03170 Rojales (Alicante), Spain
  • Email: info@holadomus.com

HolaDomus has not appointed a data protection officer because it is not required to. For any question about your data, write to info@holadomus.com.

What the server keeps with each form

All forms on the site send the request to the HolaDomus server, which saves it in a file and then forwards it by email to info@holadomus.com. Besides what you write, the date and time, the address of the page from which you sent the form and an internal reference are saved.

Your IP address and browser details are not saved with the request. The IP address is only used in the server's memory, for a few minutes, to stop mass submissions, and is never written to a file. The forms and the dashboard are excluded from the server access logs.

The forms contain a hidden field that only automated programs fill in. If it arrives filled in, the request is saved separately, with no email notification, and is checked by hand before being discarded.

Contact form for developers

Data: name and email (required); company, telephone, name and town of the development, number of homes, construction stage, how it is marketed today, what you need, markets of interest and message (optional).

Purpose: to reply, prepare the conversation and, if you ask, a proposal.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR) and, for the contact details of someone writing on behalf of a company, the legitimate interest provided for in article 19 of the Spanish LOPDGDD.

This data is not disclosed to any third party other than the providers listed below.

Short form at the bottom of the pages

Data: name (optional), email or telephone (required) and message.

Purpose and legal basis: to reply to your message, at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR), or with your consent (article 6.1.a) if the enquiry is not related to a service.

Forms for home buyers

These are the form to receive the new build developments available and the questionnaire to choose a development. Data: name and email (required); area or town, country of residence, language, intended use, timescale, type of home, bedrooms, indicative budget, desired areas and features, and message (optional).

Purpose: to write to you when there is a new build development that matches what you are looking for.

Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by sending the form for that purpose and may withdraw at any time by writing to info@holadomus.com. Withdrawing it does not affect what was done before.

These requests reach HolaDomus only. They are not disclosed to any developer unless you expressly ask for it for a specific development.

Form on a development page

It lets you request documentation, the price or a visit. Data: type of request, name and email (required), telephone, preferred visit date and message (optional), plus the identifier of the development.

Today the only development published is an example of one that has already sold out: its requests reach HolaDomus only, which writes to you if there are similar developments (legal basis: your request and your consent, article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

When a page presents the development of a client developer, its form will say so, and the request will go to that developer so that they can reply. The developer will then be the controller of your data, and HolaDomus will receive it, store it and show it in their dashboard as a processor acting on their behalf (article 28 GDPR). That disclosure to the developer is the very purpose of the request you send.

Developer dashboard

The dashboard (holadomus.com/panel/) is only accessible to client developers for whom HolaDomus has created an account. For each account it stores the username, the name of the company or person, the password encrypted with a hash function (never in clear text), the developments or pages whose requests it may see, and the creation date.

On login, the server opens a session of eight hours at most, kept only in its memory, and recognises it by a technical cookie (see the cookie policy). To stop improper access attempts, the IP address of failed attempts is kept in memory for fifteen minutes.

Legal basis: performance of the contract with the developer (article 6.1.b GDPR) and security of the service (article 6.1.f). The account is kept for as long as the contract lasts.

Email, telephone, WhatsApp and 15 minute call

If you write to info@holadomus.com, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we process the data you send us in order to reply (article 6.1.b or 6.1.f GDPR). WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), with its own terms and privacy policy.

The 15 minute call is booked through Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC (United States). The link opens the Calendly page, where you enter your name, email and answers; Calendly processes them to manage the appointment, under its privacy policy. The link tells Calendly that you come from HolaDomus and fills in the first question with that name. The calendar is shared by the sites of the same owner.

Server logs

Like any web server, this site's server logs each visit: IP address, date and time, address requested, response code, size, referring page and browser. Purpose: the security and proper operation of the site (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f GDPR). These logs are rotated every week and deleted after five weeks at most. They are not used to measure audiences or to identify anyone, except to handle a security incident or a legal request.

The mail server also keeps a technical log of each message (sender, recipient, date), which is deleted after eleven days at most.

Google Fonts typefaces

The pages of this site load their typefaces (Inter and Poppins) from Google Fonts servers. When you open a page, your browser connects to those servers, which receive your IP address and your browser's technical data. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, with a possible transfer to Google LLC (United States), certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google sets no cookies with this service. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in displaying the site legibly and consistently (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Internal tools

Requests and emails received are handled from the server itself and the owner's computer. To sort them and prepare draft replies, the owner uses an artificial intelligence assistant (Claude, by Anthropic, PBC, United States), which processes the content of the request for that purpose only. No reply is sent without being reviewed by a person. No automated decisions are taken and no profiles are built.

Recipients and processors

  • LWS (Ligne Web Services SAS, France): hosting of the site, of the server that receives the forms and of email.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sending of emails from info@holadomus.com.
  • Google Ireland Limited: site typefaces.

  • The developer of a client development: only requests sent from the page of that development, as explained above.
  • Public authorities and courts, when required by law.

Your data is never sold or disclosed for commercial purposes.

International transfers

Google, Calendly and Anthropic may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, under each provider's terms.

How long data is kept

  • Requests and emails: as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship starts, for as long as it lasts; then blocked for the periods during which liability may be claimed.
  • Buyer requests: until you withdraw your consent or ask for erasure.
  • Invoices and accounting data of clients: six years (article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code) and the periods required by tax law.
  • Web server logs: five weeks at most. Mail server logs: eleven days at most.
  • Dashboard sessions: eight hours at most.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@holadomus.com. If you consider that your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is not aimed at minors. Persons under 14 must not send their data.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the server is restricted, the request files can only be read by its administrator and dashboard passwords are stored encrypted.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the site or the law changes. The date of the latest version appears at the end of this page.

Last updated: 24 September 2026. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
