What the simulator compares
An agency charges a commission on the sale price: the total cost is that commission times the average price times the number of homes. Portals charge by time: the cost is the monthly budget times the months of the period. The own channel is quoted according to the development, which is why it carries no amount in the table.
The cost per home sold divides each cost by the homes in the development, assuming everything sells within the period. The visits needed are the number of homes divided by the share of visits that end in a reservation, which you type: it is an assumption, not a market figure.
Each month of delay costs what you pay in financing charges while you are not selling. The page claims no sales result: it compares costs with your figures.
